We see how the less corrupt nations surge ahead. Not unexpectedly, it seems that corruption is a definite handicap in this race. Of course the measure of corruption cannot be particularly accurate and there must be all sorts of other factors that affect the position of any single nation, but overall we can draw a diagonal line with only a few of the runners just above it.

No nations are both rich and corrupt.
